Do I need previous sales or marketing experience?
No. We hire for potential and provide the training and support needed to turn that potential into professional growth. Many of our team members started with no direct sales or marketing background at all.
What does the training actually look like?
Hands-on training on the campaign and the brand, followed by ongoing performance coaching, mentorship and leadership development. You learn by doing, with support in place while you do it.
Where are these roles based?
Our team works in Portland, Oregon and the surrounding metro area, representing brands directly in front of their customers.
